Common questions
Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy?
For most healthy pregnancies, regular moderate exercise is encouraged and beneficial, but you should get clearance from your doctor or midwife first. Your trainer adapts everything to your trimester and how you feel.
Can you help me get back into shape after birth?
Yes. Postpartum coaching focuses on rebuilding core and pelvic-floor strength gradually and safely, on your timeline. Your trainer will wait for your provider clearance before progressing.
What if I have never really worked out before?
That is completely fine. Your trainer meets you where you are with gentle, beginner-friendly movements and builds from there at a pace that suits pregnancy or recovery.
