About Troy
I have been working with seniors for the past 20 years, since COVID I have moved exclusively online and have been able to help my clientele also transition to online training. I have been working in private fitness coaching for 30 years and have extensive experience in the field starting with Sports Club LA, to owning my own private fitness studio and now to exclusively online. I moved with my wife and son to Boise because my son is a scholarship football player for Boise State and I am in a place where I would like to add some clientele.
