I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for over 30 years. I have also taught Elementary Physical Education and presented in office buildings for "working out in the work place" demonstrations. Furthermore, I own E Class Personal Fitness Training and have been in business for over 23 years. I specialize in one on one, small group and large group personal training. I also have certifications in TRX, AFAA CPT, Senior and Youth Fitness as well as AAAI-ISMA Sports Conditioning levels 1,2 & 3. I currently have over 15 Senior clients ranging in ages 71-90, they are amazing to work with. I have also worked with Special needs population.
