About Carson

CSCS, Biomechanics Specialist I help people move better, get stronger, and perform at their best, even when they're dealing with an injury, a past limitation, or a body that hasn't responded to the usual programs. I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a certified biomechanics specialist. That combination shapes how I coach. The CSCS gives me a foundation in building strength, speed, and power. The biomechanics training helps me see why a movement breaks down, so I can fix the cause instead of just working around the symptom. Who I work with: I coach athletes and general population clients. Some are chasing a faster sprint time, a higher vertical, or a stronger season. Others want to lift without pain, rebuild after an injury, or finally follow a plan they can stick with. I work with youth athletes through adults, and I take the same approach with each: assess honestly, program with a purpose, and measure progress so you can see it. How I coach Assessment first. I look at how you move, where you're limited, and what your goals and history call for before writing anything. Programs built for you. No templates handed out to everyone. Your plan reflects your schedule, equipment, sport, and any limitations. Progress you can measure. I track real numbers, such as strength, jump height, and sprint times, so we know what's working and adjust when it isn't. Training around limitations. Injuries and nagging issues don't have to stop your progress. I program around them and, when needed, refer you to a physical therapist or physician. Support between sessions. Online clients get regular check-ins and adjustments so a plan doesn't go stale after week one.
